1. NATURE OF SERVICES

The services offered through this website and by Mallory Michael Gross are spiritual, intuitive, educational, personal-growth, and coaching services.

Services may include, depending upon the session selected:

Spiritual coaching

Intuitive guidance

Psychic readings

Mediumship

Channeled sessions

Divination

Akashic Records work

Spiritual exploration

Meditation and mindfulness practices

Energy-oriented or spiritual practices

Exploration of personal meaning, purpose, intuition, and spirituality

During a channeled or intuitive session, Mallory may report impressions, information, images, sensations, thoughts, feelings, or messages that she personally experiences as coming through Spirit, including but not limited to angels, spirit guides, ancestors, loved ones who have died, goddesses, light beings, or other spiritual or non-physical intelligences.

Spiritual interpretations and channeled information are matters of personal and spiritual experience and belief. They are not presented as scientifically verified facts.

You are always free to accept, reject, question, or interpret anything shared during a session according to your own beliefs, judgment, and discernment.

2. NOT MEDICAL CARE

Mallory Michael Gross is not a physician, medical doctor, nurse, or other medical healthcare provider, and these services do not constitute medical care.

No information provided during a spiritual, intuitive, channeled, or coaching session should be interpreted as:

A medical diagnosis;

A medical opinion;

Medical treatment;

A prescription;

A recommendation to start, stop, or change medication;

A substitute for examination or care by a qualified healthcare professional; or

A determination regarding a physical illness, disease, injury, or medical condition.

You agree that you will consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional regarding medical concerns and will not rely upon information received during a session as medical advice.

Do not discontinue medication or other prescribed medical treatment based upon anything discussed during a session.

3. NOT PSYCHOTHERAPY OR MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT

These services are not psychotherapy, counseling, psychological services, psychiatric services, or mental health treatment.

Mallory Michael Gross is not acting as your therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, clinical social worker, licensed professional clinical counselor, marriage and family therapist, or other mental-health treatment provider in connection with these services.

Although Mallory has graduate education and professional experience in clinical psychology and education, those credentials do not change the nature of the services purchased through this website.

Her Master's degrees, clinical education, prior professional experience, and any other training are provided as background information only and do not mean that you are entering into a therapist-client relationship when you purchase spiritual coaching, intuitive guidance, channeling, or divination services.

No diagnosis, assessment, treatment, or psychotherapy is provided as part of these services.

California law regulates the practice of psychology and psychotherapy, including services involving psychological methods, counseling, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, and intervention for psychological or emotional disorders. Nothing on this website or in these services is intended to represent that Provider is offering those regulated services through this business.

4. COACHING IS NOT THERAPY

Spiritual coaching is intended to support personal reflection, goal-setting, spiritual exploration, decision-making, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Coaching does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or ameliorate mental-health disorders, emotional disorders, psychiatric conditions, or medical conditions.

If a matter requires medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other licensed professional care, you understand that you are responsible for obtaining that care from an appropriately licensed professional.

5. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Information discussed during sessions should not be used as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.

You agree to independently evaluate any information you receive and to seek appropriate professional advice when making decisions involving:

Medical care;

Mental health;

Medication;

Pregnancy or reproductive health;

Legal matters;

Financial matters;

Investments;

Employment;

Education;

Safety;

Substance use;

Child welfare; or

Provider does not make decisions for you and does not guarantee any particular outcome.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Spiritual, intuitive, channeled, and coaching services are inherently personal and subjective.

Provider makes no guarantee regarding:

The accuracy of intuitive or channeled information;

The identity or nature of any perceived spiritual presence;

Future events;

Predictions;

Healing outcomes;

Relationship outcomes;

Financial outcomes;

Career outcomes;

Medical outcomes;

Emotional outcomes;

Spiritual experiences; or

Any particular result from participating in a session.

You acknowledge that all decisions and actions you take following a session remain your responsibility.

7. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCERNMENT

You understand that spiritual and intuitive work involves interpretation and personal meaning.

You agree to use your own judgment and discernment regarding all information received.

You understand that Provider does not claim that every impression, message, prediction, or interpretation received during a session will be accurate or objectively verifiable.

You agree not to treat a spiritual or intuitive impression as an instruction that you are required to follow.

8. CHANNELED AND SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCES

You understand that channeled sessions may involve discussion of spiritual beings, consciousness, reincarnation, life after death, energetic experiences, divine beings, or other spiritual concepts.

These concepts are presented within the context of spiritual practice and personal belief.

Provider does not require you to adopt any particular religious, spiritual, metaphysical, or philosophical belief.

You remain free to interpret your experience according to your own worldview.

9. EMERGENCIES

These services are not appropriate for emergencies or crisis situations.

Provider does not provide crisis intervention, suicide assessment, emergency mental-health services, medical emergencies, or emergency safety planning through spiritual or coaching sessions.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact appropriate emergency or crisis services or seek immediate care from a qualified professional.

10. NO CLIENT-PROVIDER MEDICAL OR THERAPEUTIC RELATIONSHIP

Participation in these services does not create a physician-patient, psychotherapist-client, psychologist-client, psychiatrist-patient, or other healthcare-provider relationship.

Your participation creates a professional relationship solely for the spiritual, intuitive, educational, or coaching services that you have purchased.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

Provider intends to treat personal information shared during sessions respectfully and privately.

However, these services are not represented as psychotherapy or healthcare services and should not be assumed to carry the same legal confidentiality protections that may apply to communications with licensed healthcare professionals.

You understand that Provider may be required to disclose information in circumstances required by law.

12. RECORDING

Sessions may not be audio- or video-recorded by either party without the prior consent of the other party.

If Provider intends to record a session for any purpose, Provider will obtain your permission before doing so.

13. MINORS

Services are intended for adults unless Provider expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Provider reserves the right to decline services to a minor.

14. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

You understand that participation is completely voluntary.

You may decline to answer any question, discontinue an exercise, reject an interpretation, or end a session at any time.

You may also choose not to act upon any information discussed during a session.

15. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You acknowledge that participation in spiritual exploration, intuitive work, meditation, channeling, energy-oriented practices, and related activities may involve emotional, psychological, spiritual, or existential experiences that are personal and unpredictable.

You voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with participating in these activities.

If an experience becomes uncomfortable or you believe you require professional medical or mental-health support, you agree to discontinue the activity and seek appropriate professional assistance.

16. RELEASE AND WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you release and hold harmless Mallory Michael Gross and Generosity Readings, and their respective owners, representatives, contractors, and agents, from claims arising from your voluntary participation in spiritual, intuitive, channeled, coaching, or divination services, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

Nothing in this agreement is intended to waive or release liability that cannot legally be waived under California law, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that applicable law prohibits a person from releasing.

17. YOUR REPRESENTATIONS

By booking or participating in a session, you represent that:

You are voluntarily participating;

You understand the nature and limitations of the services;

You understand that the services are not medical care or psychotherapy;

You understand that Provider is not acting as your doctor or therapist during these services;

You understand that spiritual and intuitive information is subjective and cannot be guaranteed;

You will seek qualified professional care when appropriate;

You will make your own decisions regarding your health, relationships, finances, career, and other areas of your life; and

You have had an opportunity to ask questions about the nature of the services before participating.

Information contained on this website—including articles, videos, social-media content, testimonials, spiritual teachings, and other materials—is provided for general informational, educational, spiritual, and personal-growth purposes.

Website content is not medical advice, psychological advice, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care.

Testimonials and personal experiences shared on this website represent the experiences and opinions of the individuals providing them and do not guarantee that another person will experience the same results.

19. REFERRAL TO PROFESSIONAL CARE

Provider may recommend that a client consult a licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional when a matter falls outside the scope of spiritual coaching or intuitive services.

Such a recommendation does not constitute diagnosis or treatment.

20. CALIFORNIA LAW

This agreement shall be interpreted consistent with the laws of the State of California, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

21. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking or participating in a session, I acknowledge that:

I understand that I am purchasing spiritual, intuitive, channeled, divination, or coaching services—not medical care or psychotherapy.

I understand that Mallory Michael Gross is not acting as my doctor, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other healthcare provider during these services.

I understand that spiritual and channeled information is subjective and cannot be guaranteed to be accurate or predictive.

I understand that I am responsible for my own decisions and will seek appropriate professional care when needed.

I have read this agreement, had an opportunity to ask questions, and voluntarily agree to participate.
